Couse Description: One full day instructor led course designed to prepare future instructor candidates to teach PALS provider classroom course in accordance with SHA guidelines.
Course Objectives
At the end of the instructor course, instructor candidate will be able to:
■ Be familiar with SHA mission, vision, values, policy and procedures
■ Be familiar with PALS course paperwork, equipment’s, practice and testing checklists.
■ Play a role of instructor when conducting skill station, simulation based practice and testing scenario.
■ Demonstrate different types of feedback, remediation and debriefing
